Quality Support Technician, Fluent Chinese and English (M/W)
The Quality Support Technician will be responsible for realizing the following missions:
Set-up and manage quality walls on our Logistic platforms in order to secure the deliveries of the parts to the End Clients: Training of the sorting operators, implementation of a default Library and support for controls recordings, reporting and follow-up of the scrap and alteration rates.
Ensure the communication between the Manufacturer in China and the logistic platforms and the sites of the End Clients in Europe.
Help in the resolution of quality problems: securing and support to 8D/QRQC analyses.
Ensure the follow-up of the laboratories analyses, the monthly reporting of statistics and the follow-up of the performance’s indicators.
Graduated with a two years Higher Education, you have a professional experience of at least 3 years, ideally in quality control in a manufacturing workshop and with an automotive manufacturer or equipment manufacturer. You know the bases of the tools and methods to solve the problems of 8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5why’s type …
You are Organized, rigorous and proactive. You have analytical and synthesis capacities. You can quickly adapt yourself to various projects and environments.
Open minded and dynamic, you have good interpersonal skills and you are open to new challenges through new missions, new clients or new products.

This position is based in Levallois with few monthly short travels in France and abroad.
You must have your driving license (French type B).
You must have a fluent level in French and Chinese as well as a good level in English.
