Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, notre filiale marocaine cherche un(e)  Regional Export Operations Specialist, poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Objectif de la mission :

Ensure customer care service for export flows from Europe to overseas customer incoterm point (as defined in contract)

Scope : export of car components from Europe to overseas assembly plants

Customers may be Stellantis plant, Joint Venture or external customer

 

KPI :

-          Service rate

-          Loading rate

-          Expedition fulfillment

-          Expedite & priority management for urgent products

 

Preparation phase (forecast)

-                     Define common yearly working calendar with customer (for reception of forecast, firm orders, selling catalogue broadcast…)

-                     Check forecast flexibility respect

-                     Confirm available capacity for critical parts with Capacity management team

-                     Update and broadcast catalogue

-                     Manage supplier holiday anticipation with customer

-                     Monitor part phase out and catalogue deletion

 

Execution phase (firm orders)

-                     Pilot emergency shipments to avoid customer line stop (taxi, air freight)

-                     Validate number of sea containers booked by freight forwarder according to actual availability of goods

-                     Pilot critical parts (capacity restriction or crisis), table of resources, negotiation with customer and capacity managers

-                     Pilot phase out phase to avoid overstock on supplier side

-                     In case of backlog, provide customer the delivery planning

-                     Respect of team budget

-                     Ensure green light is given by Stellantis Finance before shipping parts

-                     3PL warehouses, freight forwarders

Profil

Atouts : Ø  Engineer, English, competences in Environment.

Ø  Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.

Between 2 and 3 years of experience

-                     Supply chain knowledge

-                     Overseas transport

-                     Fluent English (mandatory) and French (nice to have)

-                     Excellent Communication, team work
