For supporting our customer development, we are hiring Logistic Cost & Flow readiness analyst (M/F)

Mission

Finalité du poste :

1. Description of the objectives and purposes of the services:

•  Provide Packaging specification & related “not-to-exceed” cost in part price

• Notify & escalation to buyer if uncomplete supplier quote is detected in GST.

• Ensure robustness of the Logistic Cost Breakdown Sheet provided by the supplier

• Provide a Logistic “not-to-exceed”-cost via Global Sourcing tool for the short list for buyer negotiation
  Ensure technical negotiation during sourcing for sequencing parts

• Participation to kick off meeting post supplier award

• Participation to Monthly suppliers if specific request of the Buyer

• Guarantees the availability and robustness of logistics datas for inbound flows as part of the transfer process to Serial Life logistics and good maturity for flow readiness (supplier warehouse, EDI set-up, Small boxes onboarding , COFOR & Part numbers robustness)

• Management of flows & packaging evolutions – ECR requirement

  2- Description of the corresponding DELIVERABLES and date of receipt:

•  Logistic Target Costs in sourcing Phase & Logistic Costs breakdown sheet

• Management of flows & Packaging evolutions – ECR requirement and serial life prices convergence

• Mnanagement logistic data for flows readiness (supplier warehouse, EDI set-up, Small boxes onboarding, COFOR & Part numbers robustness)

• Loop size calculation

 3- Description of DELIVERABLES progress indicators

•  Program KPI depending of the phase of the program

• Sourcing progress KPI

ECR progress KPI

Ø  Flows readiness KPI

  

The valuation of the requested DELIVERABLES

Profil

• Ø  Be comfortable with excel (VBA is a pro)

  Ø  Know how to manage database

  Ø  Have solid knowledge in Supply Chain

  Ø  Have an advanced English level - Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.

  Ø  Be comfortable with Power BI

  Ø  Know how to analyze errors
