SNECI MEA realizes its first project in Algeria

SNECI, leading actor in consulting for business development and industrial performance in the automotive sector, has realized a project in the field of quality improvement at an automotive supplier specialized in injection molding in the region of Algiers.

The project with the duration of several weeks had for objective to advise this supplier in the improvement of its quality processes allowing him to be ready for the ASES audit (Alliance Supplier Evaluation Standard) necessary to become supplier of Renault-Nissan.

This was the first project of SNECI MEA in Algeria, being integral part of the overall strategy to develop activities of the SNECI Group in Middle East and Africa in order to reply to the needs of vehicle manufacturers locating in the region and to participate to the improvement of regional supplier quality.

Algeria is one of the 3 principal markets in Africa. In 2014 Renault has inaugurated a plant with an initial production capacity of 25,000 vehicles and PSA Peugeot-Citroën has foreseen to start production in 2018 in a production site with similar capacity.
