On July 25, 2017, Stanislas Bailly was appointed Managing Director of SNECI Group.
This milestone signifies the impact he has had on the group since he joined in 2010, and is a logical step in SNECI’s long-term strategy.
A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanislas spent 3 years at JP Morgan in Hong Kong, before pursuing his MBA at INSEAD. After completing his MBA in 2010, he decided to join SNECI, attracted by “an entrepreneurial, international and promising company”, as he recalls.
In 2011, Stanislas moved to Shanghai to open SNECI’s China office and further develop the business in the region. He came back to France in 2014 as Director of Operations to prepare SNECI for the next phase of its growth.
“I am very pleased and honored to be appointed Managing Director. As a family-owned business, we have a long-term strategy centered around global players, to bring them turn-key solutions for complex projects. The automotive industry is an industry of excellence, and this drive for excellence is in SNECI’s DNA. We’ve earned the trust of our customers, resulting in the double-digit growth we have seen over the last five years. We expect this growth to accelerate, thanks to our global footprint, and are confident that we will double our size in the next five years.
None of this would have been possible without SNECI founder Eric Chabrerie who had the vision to create the company, current CEO Isabelle Bailly who has transformed it inrecent years, and our amazing teams around the world.“
