SNECI CEE expands its activities in training & coaching

In 2017, SNECI CEE successfully expands its activities in training & coaching.

As you may know the competition in training & coaching is tough in CEE region. Especially in automotive, our common effort has resulted in gaining new customers from Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland.

Education and continuous learning are key success factors to reach everyone´s goals. SNECI offers a large scope of services in training and coaching. Training is seen more as a theoretical concept with case studies. Coaching is meant as customized operational support to the teams and on-site expertise. The coaching is a mixture of soft & hard skills with onsite presence and working with our coach.

Standard OEMs project management and logistics topics are a core pillar in our training activities. Besides we have customized our offer to individual, tailor-made solutions reflecting clients´ needs, e.g. MMOG support, ISO 16949 to IATF transition guidance and Lean manufacturing method coaching.

In addition to our main training catalogue, our customers and potential clients stay in touch with SNECI via an up-to-date training list distributed to mailboxes and a newsletter focused on CEE region.
