SNECI licensed Quality Audit supplier for PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN
Mar. 20, 2015 – As part of its new supplier qualification program, PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN has signed an agreement with SNECI, mandating SNECI as one of the service providers for the PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN supplier assessment and training.
During the “New Supplier Assessment” (“NSA”), SNECI will evaluate the industrial performance of productions sites of potential new suppliers to PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN. Following this first assessment, if the supplier is taken into consideration by PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN, SNECI will prepare and train the supplier for the “Quality System Basic+” (“QSB+”) certification, which has to be passed every three years.
The NSA (New Supplier Assessment) is a manufacturing organization diagnosis. This assessment is mandatory for new sites which would like to compete for new business (RFQ – Request For Quotation). Interested suppliers can contact SNECI to realize the mandatory assessment. The NSA report is then sent by SNECI to the assessed supplier and to PSA.
QSB+ certification preparation: Supplier sites wishing to be advised in the realization of a QSB+ self-assessment can contact SNECI. Following the self-assessment SNECI will support suppliers to implement action plans in order to successfully pass the QSB+ certification run by PSA.
SNECI’s experts around the globe support numerous automotive suppliers through readiness assessments, internal audits and trainings to achieve the high quality and ISO standards required by the automotive industry.
