A few words from Isabelle Bailly on this holiday season :

“The last two years have been complex for companies around the world. With the Covid crisis, the responsibility of managers for the mental health of their employees has reinforced the importance of human values and what we want to improve the world of tomorrow.

These same values are the foundation of SNECI’s development: team spirit, solidarity, transparency towards our employees and customers, humility in our development and the empowerment of our teams to progress together.

With these strong values, combined with our desire to remain a family business , our strategic plan “Ambition 2025” is based on several axes:

• Participating in the energy transformation for a greener industry and mobility
• Develop in sectors where industrial excellence and the complexity of the automotive sector create value for our customers
• Increase our international development
• Be a company where it is good to work

Moreover, 2021 has enabled us to achieve some great successes:

• We have accompanied several clients in newtech & greentech
• We have won projects in the energy, health and defense sectors
• We have significantly increased our international presence with more teams in Asia than in Europe and the opening of our ASEAN subsidiary based in Malaysia
• We have signed more than 50 new customers, bringing our total number of industrial customers to more than 400
• Our growth has allowed us to attract many new talents around the world

Even if everything is not perfect, we are still successful with a good growth.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and employees who have placed their trust in us throughout the year 2021.

For 2022, I wish that our customers and collaborators continue to participate with us in a beautiful adventure and that they are our messengers to say how much value the SNECI teams bring to their projects. May they pass on the satisfaction of the relationships we have developed with them thanks to a very strong relationship to understand their expectations.

And finally, my wishes for 2022 would be that all those who read these few lines share the idea that “Working with SNECI has been the best decision of the year”.

A few words from Stanislas Bailly for this Holiday Season !

“For almost the past 2 years with the Covid-19 crisis and with all travels restrictions, many manufacturers have not been able to travel to see their customers or suppliers.

However, thanks to our global footprint, we have been able at SNECI to maintain our bonds with our employees, customers and suppliers.

Moreover, 2021 will have been a strong year of international growth, since today, two thirds of our teams are outside France.

We hope to see the same growth in 2022. We will also be starting several industrial projects outside France, including benchmarking plant performance, industrial restructuring (compacting factories, grouping sites together), and industrial transfers. And we will also continue to develop our international suppliers base, both traditional players and a growing number of start-ups in the new mobility sector.

We are not afraid of international markets, which have always been part of our DNA! And we owe this success to our SNECI employees for their daily involvement and to our customers who renew their trust in our support every year.

In 2022, we will accentuate our ambition to support manufacturers and suppliers in their energy transformation for a greener industry and mobility through the evaluation of the CO2 footprint of factories and suppliers, support for industrialization 4.0, engineering and green reengineering … with the aim of respecting the environmental and societal challenges of the years to come in addition to the decarbonization of industry, aware that we must all be actors in preparing for tomorrow.

To conclude this year, I would like to thank the SNECI teams without whom nothing we have accomplished would be possible. Their commitment, involvement and motivation make SNECI a family business run company with 70 years of success that we will celebrate in 2022.

I would also like to thank our customers and partners who continue to place their trust in us during this complicated period for the automotive sector and I renew our commitment to achieving their objectives.
